Delivery & Shipping Policy

Your order means a lot to us. These are a few notes to be taken when your make an order from our website :

• Dewi Diary shall have the options to use any courier services deemed preferable to the company/brand.
• Our main options are J&T and/or NINJA VAN
• The rate for shipping applies (as stated on the checkout page before you complete your order). The current rates are as follows :-

         West Malaysia : RM 10.00

         East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) : RM 15.00

• Depending on the quantity of orders we received, it shall take a day or two for us to process your order and share the tracking numbers on the next day once delivery has been done.
• An automatic email consisting of your tracking number information will be sent to you once the items are packed and shipped. Kindly check your inbox/ junk/ spam box for the email. Paid orders  will be shipped out within 2-4 days depending on your shipping location. International orders will take up 7-14 days for shipping, depending on the courier used .
